Educational Qualifications:
(1) Good academic record with atleast 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O,A,B,C,D,E and F at the Master's Degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a Foreign University.
(2) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
(3) "National Eligibility Test (NET)/State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) shall remain the minimum eligibility conditions for recruitments and appointments as Assistant Professors in Colleges.
Application Fee: Rs.500/- for General and DESM Category candidates. Rs.125/- for SC/ BC/ Ex-Service Men/ Women/ Special Backward Classes/ Economically Backward persons in General Castes Category. The Closing date for deposit of cost of application form including examination fees in all branches of State Bank of Patiala - 28/02/2014 upto 4:00 PM.
