ASP.NET, Web Forms, WCF and Web Services, Silverlight, REST
C#, ADO.NET and LINQ
Any experience with Kofax or OCR engines are desirable.
CSS, AJAX, JQuery, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, XSLT and XSD
Experience with the Visual Studio tool chain and Team foundation server 2010.
SQL Server 2005 and 2008
SQL Server experience, including logical design and programming.
Soft skills
Good Communication Skill
Review business requirements and functional specifications, develop technical specifications.
Work in an agile development environment, with iteration planning/estimating, -driven development, continuous integration, pair programming.
Work on complex problems and provide innovative solutions
Interact with cross functional groups including product management, program management, system engineering, system QA and application support.
Actively seek feedback, take responsibility for customer situations (internal and external customers).
Use independent judgment to accomplish goals and objectives.
