Educational Requirements: (i) Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) with 6 years’ regular service in the pay band of `5200-20200 with grade pay of `2800 or equivalent; or (iii) with 10 years’ regular service in the pay band of `5200-20200 with grade pay of `2400 or equivalent
How To Apply: The details of the posts along with eligibility criteria required for each of the aforesaid post are given in Annexure-I (available on Tribunal’s websitehttp://www.compat.nic.in). The appointmentwill be made purely on deputation basis, initially for a period of three years, which can be extended further. The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation basis should not be more than 56 years as on the closing date of application. The Competition Appellate Tribunal reserves the right not to fill up any or all the above posts.
